Delivery terms
Ordered online goods can be delivered, at the address specified by the buyer, from a courier company or at a courier office, as desired by the customer. Delivery of orders over 150 BGN is free of charge in Bulgaria. In all other cases, the cost of delivery when it is to the home or office of the customer or to a courier office is borne by the customer.
Delivery time is from 1 to 10 business days (depending on stock availability) except for orders placed Friday after 4PM, Saturday, Sunday, holiday and holiday days, where the time may be longer. Consignments are delivered from Monday to Friday between 09.00 and 18.00 and Saturday between 09.00 and 13.00. Some settlements may be served by a courier on a schedule fixed by him in advance. Exceptions to special orders are possible when the delivery time may be longer than 10 business days.
The
user is obliged to provide access and contact person to accept and
pay (if not yet) the ordered products. If the customer (or person
authorized by him/her) is not found within the agreed delivery time
and can not be contacted by phone at the time of delivery, the
shipment returns to the courier's office upon request by the user.

informing the user by telephone or e-mail if sudden circumstances
arise that prevent delivery of the goods in good time.
Prices for delivery are additionally calculated.
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union.
Consumers of the e-shop whose delivery addresses are in non-European Union settlements additionally pay all duties, taxes, and fees due to the parties concerned. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and vary for different countries. For exact information, contact the relevant agencies in your country.
In case you can not complete the order because the product is not available, 4Controlshop.eu will inform the customer about this situation.
The ordered equipment will be properly wrapped together with the accompanying documents. You have the opportunity to open the shipment and review the equipment before paying the courier. You need to check the contents of the Goods Match Package with the request when you receive the shipment. In the event of any violation of the appearance of the goods arising from the transport, you should contact the courier who must draw up a damaged shipment report.
